Hi Guys...You probably don't remember me, but Neil Ojha were going through the visa process at the same time you guys started. We faced misfortune and family problems about the start of Covid and Neil had to return to India and we didn't have an advanced parole in place so we were told after Covid we would have to start over. It was sad. But I just saw you have made it to the end of the process and I am so delighted for you both. I never come on this timeline any longer but since it came into my email and I recalled your names, I just wanted to congratulate both of you and I wish you all the best. I am sure Neil does as well. he is currently a surgeon back in Delhi. I chose to stay in palm Springs, CA. Good luck guys...I am happy for you.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
