Hi, did you get the RFE in the mail or you saw the status change online?

Hi Tish_Ghana
I found out online. It says it was sent out today. I found it at this site.
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
Hope this helps and good luck on your journey.

Hey, I have a question...my fiance is Nigerian but he currently lives in Ghana. He ordered his birth certificate and we waited weeks for it and once we got it the birth certificate had so many errors. Do you know the best way he can get his birth certificate?

Sorry, I don't know. Is it possible for him to take a mini-vacation back to get the right one?
Also, ask on the MARCH 2019 I-129F FILERS forum. They may have a better answer.

Ok, thank you

Hi..please I see we are having similar timeline but I haven't been able to get an interview date. Please advise.. Haven't received my packet 3 either. Did you set up the interview date before receiving packet 3 or after?

Exact same question as @ His&Her

Exact same question as @ His&Her

Exact same question as @ His&Her

@His&Hers123 I set it up before the packet 3 came

Did you file K3 with your I-130?

Yes, but it didn't help. That packet is still waiting to be processed.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
