Oh wow! An August approval! Did you do DCF? and Congrats on the approval!
Rafa & Tan on 2020-01-24 said:
Hi, we did not do DCF, we are still waiting in our case number from NVC. And we also didn't got any updates before it was approved

congrats!! was the "in processing" date in your my USCIS account changing at all during the wait time before your I-130 approval?
FD21 on 2020-03-10 said:
another question, how did you know your case left NVC? did they email you or how did they notify?
Rafa & Tan on 2020-03-10 said:
Since we Expedite, we got told through an email that it was directed to the consular office
Ma Isabel on 2020-03-10 said:
Congrats! Can you let me know what day did you expedite or how long did it take them to answer your expedite request? Thank you.
Rafa & Tan on 2020-03-10 said:
It took like 2 weeks total since I send the email
Michael&Karen on 2020-03-10 said:
Congrats! May I ask teh reason to expedite on the NVC?
Ma Isabel on 2020-03-12 said:
Sorry for the bother, but I also sent an expedite email on the 28th of Feb. and I got an email on 3/10 that read:
" Dear Madam:
We are reviewing your request for expedited processing of this immigrant visa petition. We will notify you with the results when the review is complete.
Please note that only the U.S. Embassy or Consulate can approve or deny expedite requests.
Regards"
So when you sent the letter, did they send you the same response? If so, after that response, did it take 2 weeks for the consulate to respond? Sorry, I'm just very anxious. Thank you.

Can you please tell me exactly what you wrote in the emergency email ? I would like to know what was said that worked so well please?
IsItLekker on 2020-05-10 said:
I will add my 2 cents in here as well. I am also curious how you phrased your appeal. Were there many other people at the consulate when you went for the interview?
Rafa & Tan on 2020-05-12 said:
There was just two more people at the consulate, I literally just told the that they canceled my expedite and thar please reconsider to reschedule and emergency appointment.

How long did it take for them to give you an appointment after you received the email that your case had gone to Ciudad Juarez?
Or did you have to call to make the appointment?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
