congratulations so far, how does NVC contacts you? By email or mail? We are awaiting the NVC received note.
Thanks!

Thanks! NVC emailed us the letter on May 14, which coincides with what I've read here that NVC ships out cases they're done with every other tuesday of the month. I'm not sure if that's what it really is though. So far, we still haven't received the letter through mail, I think your best bet will be emailing them.

Our NOA2 was on May 6th, and we are still waiting for NVC received. It's kinda a long wait for the next step. But maybe we just need patience :-)

You could try calling the NVC instead, to see if they've received your case or better yet if they've already assigned a case number to it. In our case, we started calling the NVC 10 days after we got the NOA2. It might take you a few tries before they finally say they've received it and then even more days could pass before they assign you guys a case number. You'll still need to wait for the NVC email/letter though before you can go to the next step. And yeah, just be patient :) Things moved faster after getting our NOA2, hopefully the same goes for you too :)

Thanks for the information. I just called them and they said, they haven't received any papers from USCIS yet at all, the officer said, it can take up to 6 weeks to get it :-( and another up to 8 weeks until they would forward it to the embassy. Let's hope, it's not going to be that long. I definitively will check back sometimes next week. Good luck with your interview!

Thanks! And yeah, that's what they told us too when my fiance first called them. We called them a week later anyway, which is when they told us that they've received our case. Just keep on trying and don't lose heart. Also, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a link here, but this site helped me a lot with the NVC phase.

You could also try searching for topics about NVC here, because that's how I learned that the NVC ships out cases every other tuesday or wednesday of the month? It's just something to do when you're feeling impatient :)
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
