Wow August date for interview is very far away. Was that the earliest date they had? It seems like Ghana doesn't have soon interview dates.

Does Packet 3 have to be sent back prior to the interview? I see your Packet 3 sent date.
Wakabaw on 2019-05-24 said:
it doesn't need to be sent back. Thats just getting the required documents ready. like the police report and medical.we already have a police report and affidavit of support but medical they make you wait until its closer to your interview date

How did the embassy got in touch with your fiancé I'm waiting on them its been two weeks we received a letter from the nvc saying our case has been transfer to Accra.pls suggestion on what to do at this stage? Thank you

The embassy has mostly been in touch with me. They send the petitioner the P3 packet which i then forwarded to my fiance. After it left nvc, it reached the embassy in about 2 weeks. You can check your status here https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ and select the" immigrant visa" and then "check my visa application status" and after inputting your information you will be able to see when the case was received and when it was last updated. We went ahead and paid our fee so we can check the dates so its really up tp you.

Hi, did you renew your K1 approval before your interview date? I see that people were denied at the interview because the K1 approval expired.

Was your approval good for 6 months or 4 months?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
