How could you be able to secure your interview appointment so soon? Please advise
Jo & Ru on 2019-09-14 said:
#misthty did you sent a letter of intent to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's arrival into the US signed by both?; for chat history you can send the screenshot chats; for honeymoon and wedding date I've no idea as until the beneficiary got approved we can't pre plan anything but you can write a letter indicating the venue where the marriage will occur.

#passionate003, it was by luck 😆 as soon as we got email from the NVC (3rd September) we started working with DS160, did payment and was lucky to found slot for interview. was able to found 12th September but that was too soon as our paper work and medical wasn't ready so we selected 25th October.

Hey congrats on interview approval...yipee! Long haul but was quick for you. RFE put us behind and been playin catch up but the DS160 left for Mumbai today and are paying fees Monday 10/28 and will pick out interview date. We are trying to skate into the first couple weeks in Dec., trying to beat the holiday lines at the airports. We would like to be together for the holidays this year, unlike the past 3 years. But just nearing the end of this process after 8 months will be awesome. At least for AOS we will be working on it together...Have a happy and wonderful life together...all the best, Chip

thanks # SugarB and Chipper1952. from my experience, as long as your case is genuine there's nothing to worry. we got approved only with only with one meeting which was before he sent l-129f. good luck to all.

Congrats 🎉🎈 What were the questions ? I’m so anxious about it.

SugarB, the CO asked me about the petioners details and our relationship like @how we meet, when we meet; who contact first; when we meet in person; wether i meet his family members; about his family; what he do; where he work; where he live; where will my port of entry be; why not marry in my home country; do i plan to work; does he have any relative in the US and where. she didn't asked any twisted or tricky question. just be honest and tell the truth. good luck

@Jo & Ru- did you provide the tax transcripts or just the copy of tax returns?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
