Hello, do you remember how many days after you received your packet 3 letter from US embassy after the case left NVC?

Hi Sachinmayer My case left embassy on 25th June and reached mumbai embassy on 1st July. I just received a packet 4 in email yesterday. So approximately 3.5 weeks after it reached mumbai Hope this helps!
