Hello everyone, I'm glad to be part of this circuit. I'll try be concise with a little background of us and incentive motivation afterwards. Husband was deported Oct., 2016, denied at 1st interview Feb., 2018. Nebraska recv'd. I-601 & I-212 on March 19, 2018 and still waiting for approval. Processing time says they are on Feb. 10th, 2018 so if i'm understanding the charts well, an approval should be right around the corner for us, as we have passed the "one year" mark to wait with an understanding of a given extra few months. I would like to know if there are other poor souls as ourselves separated from their beloved spouses waiting around the same timeline to get some kind of measuring stick to guide us approval wise. Husband and I are dying from the suspense of not knowing if and when we will be approved but totaling understanding there's a greater Divine power above us who permits and knows the magnitude of importance how much is weighing on us both. Therefore, trust and faith and hope are all gifts we both appreciate and utilize in order to persevere. I've come to realize that if this whole visa situation was easy, everyone would have it. My husband, God willing, will receive a Visa that we both like to look at somewhat a lottery because it's a handsome reward that takes a lot of waiting, depression, testing, pressure.... everything that makes a diamond... pressure and time! We are separated 3 yrs now apart and we struggle, argue, threaten to divorce, all kinds of horrible, stinky and worthless ideas that enter but not fester our worried minds so we hold on to each other and what God has promised all things pass but He is never changing and what He has brought together, let no man separate. Good luck to everyone and Godspeed.
