Hi Nephie, thank you! Looks like we are pretty much in sync, I had NOA1 on Apr 19 and NOA2 on July 19, you seem to have had NOA1 on Apr 22 and RFE on July 23, the processing time ad USCIS seems to be pretty stable. Sorry that you had that RFE though, hope you got it sorted quickly.

My case still at nvc. NVC hasn’t sent any case to Haiti since we have all this issues in Haiti. I can’t tell you when they send my case to the ambassy.
Sassou on 2019-11-24 said:
Ok I understand because of the issues I think it is slowing down the process which is sad. I hope it calms down so it can make the process quicker

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
