Comments : I didn't receive notification that our package was received by NVC. The only notice I got was when it left.

Regarding packet 3, we didn't wait for the email from the embassy. Case status was Ready, and we had forms DS-2001, DS-160, and GSS ready to go, so we just emailed them to the embassy.

8/20 - She was asked 4 questions. 1. Where I lived? 2. What do I do for work? 3. When was I last divorced? 4. What country is my ex-wife from?
My fiancee requested the interview be in Thai, but the interviewer said the interview will be in english.

Had to contact them a couple of times to see what was taking so long to schedule our interview. A week after I contacted them the 2nd time, we got our interview date.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
