Congratulations. Guy, this last question...nawa oo lol. Did you tell them the truth? What do they want to hear?

And about filing for US visa before, they must have seen it on their system before asking abi?

Ok so I have some questions lol first off CONGRATULATIONS!!! second...my immigration laywer continued to tell me that me sending my husband occasional money here and there through western union was not an issue and yet I've had sooo many people here tell me not to do that because ot would look bad like he was trying to "use" me. My laywer kept telling me that it actually would look bad if he was the one sending me money because it would like he was paying me off for a visa. So BRAVO for being honest and putting in all evidence of a bona code relationship.

Main question is I'm assuming then ot dodnt seem an issue that your wife had sent you money some before...and secons my husband had applied for a visitor visa before him and I had ever met...he was denied..never given a reason or anything. Assuming it had to do with no home ties as it is common for visitor visas to young single people to get denied. I have been wondering if that would at all affect our case since he was denied. Seems it wasn't an issue at all for you though? Loving all the positive approvals here! Congratulations again!

Congratulations! Have you received any notification from the DHL or any change on your visa status yet for pickup?

Please what birth certificate did you use? I'm confused. I have attestation of birth letter from NPC and age declaration from high court. Latest news on consulate review that they are asking for birth certificate from NPC

Congratulation Bro
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
