i-129f was approved in mid December of 2018. After a couple of months, NVC still did not have the petition. Eventually, they did have it in their care, but never created a case number and sent it back to USCIS. Recently (March 8th), I received a reaffirmation of previous approval in the mail. Our case still has not reached the NVC case # stage, and we don't know why. We were never given a reason for reaffirmation, nor was anything requested from us. |
