Hey :) how long after the actual NOA2 date did you get noticed? And was it through the app, mail, email?

Hi! :) We received the notice physically in the mail on May 26, only 4 days after it was processed so it was a complete surprise. No email or text message. We've been pretty lucky with wait times so far. Good luck on your end!

Hi ! I have a very similar timeline as you : all our dates are the same but basically one week apart (one week after you). I received my NOA2 on May 31st, and an email from NVC on July 9th. Did you actually receive an email or letter from the embassy in Paris on July 18th like your timeline says ? When is your interview ? Thank you for your help :)

Hi Adeline, Yes we received an automated email from the Paris embassy on July 18th ! I only wish we hadn't waited to schedule our interview after we received it though, because the earliest interview date was December 4th 2019 :( We were expecting it to be much sooner, of course. We called the embassy a few times and they were really nice, saying it's possible to change the date if you check for new availability on the calendar. But it might be risky because I think you have to delete your existing interview before reserving another one, so you would have to do it really quickly.

Thank you so much for your answer. I did wait 4 weeks but today I decided to schedule my interview and the earliest date I got was December 18th. I’m so disappointed too as we were not expecting that at all. You can actually change your appointment online but I’ve checked several times today and it is still December :(
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
