Is petitioner US citizen or LPR?

Did you expedite or fill I 129 f also?

Petitioner is a US citizen and no I-129 filed.

That wasn't a long wait. We're hopeful we are next in line
Have you heard anything on your case?

We initially submitted in Nov and got everything accepted in Dec, but my husband had a minor arrest that they requested court records for. I assumed that it wasn’t needed because it didn’t show up on his police certificate but I was wrong. So we made our 2nd submission on Dec 27th. Therefore I expect to here something by the end of the month.
Congrats!!! You are one step closer!

Thanks 😊

Congrats!! How long after you received "Documentarily Qualified" email did you receive an interview date?

Exactly 1 week

Okay. It has been more than a week so I hope it will be here soon.

I hope you do. Good luck!

Thank you!

Hi guys! Did you ever end up making it to your interview or was it cancelled?

Did you get your date rescheduled?

Did they say why they put you guys in AP?

Awaiting medical results to be sent to embassy.

Hi Sunshine106,
Did you have to complete the DS5540 form for your interview at KIN (public charge form)? It is not listed as a form to be completed at the embassy and neither was it listed on the CEAC portal.

We did complete the DS5540, but they did ask for it. I would definitely suggest that you fill it out take it with you to the interview. A friend of mine had an interview a week before my husband and they did ask for the form. We just got lucky. It's best to be prepared.

Congratulations on the receipt of your visa!

Welcome to the USA!!! <3

Welcome to the 🇺🇲🎉🎉🎉

Congratulations!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
