Which USCIS service center your application went to? Nebraska?

yes

Yours approved pretty quick. Good luck for the reminder of the process and update the status so that other can know the timeline.

Congrats on quick approval! Did you submit I129F as well? I am hearing that speeds up the I130 process. I am wondering if that's what helped you?
BinChin on 2021-09-04 said:
No, i129F is for Fiance visa is my understand and that form doesn't apply in our case.

Did you get your DQ?
BinChin on 2021-09-28 said:
Not yet. Have you received it?
Ashish Tailor on 2021-09-28 said:
No mine was submitted Aug 27. some are getting it quick and i kind of figured their logic. If you submit all the document at once at the same time, DS 260, Civil docs and so forth, they will review quick. but i didn't do all at the same time. I summited DS 260 first and then two week later Civil Docs. and now i am waiting for DQ.

You can check this link every Monday or Tuesday for NVC time frames, they update it once a week. As of 20th September, they are reviewing the paperwork submitted to them on 8th July. Ours was submitted on 19th July, so hopefully they will check it in the next two weeks.
Ashish Tailor on 2021-09-28 said:
yup. taking an average of 8-10 weeks. Do you have any idea on mumbai visa interview date for IR1 category? just trying to get an idea of how long are we waiting after DQ for interview.
BinChin on 2021-09-28 said:
IR1 Category waiting time is not mentioned specifically. So no idea.
Ashish Tailor on 2021-09-28 said:
i am hearing from peoples its long wait , at least 6-8 month. :(
BinChin on 2021-09-28 said:
Oh no.

According to NVC timeline as of oct 4th they have completed cases received on July 18.
Did you get anything completion or notifications from them ?
BinChin on 2021-10-08 said:
Ours was checked on 30th of September, one week early. We had to submit one more paper. Now waiting for the update on the resubmitted document.
Ashish Tailor on 2021-10-08 said:
What did they ask you to resubmit ? Or which additional document did they ask you to resubmit ?
BinChin on 2021-10-08 said:
I 864EZ, they thought we submitted the form digitally signed, which was not actually, seems like they misunderstood, and asked us to resubmit a hand signed form.
Ashish Tailor on 2021-10-08 said:
Ok that is interesting. You should tell them it’s not digitally signed. Becoz if you resubmit it, your clock reset and you are again waiting 10 week for review.

Any updates? My wife’s CR1 visa was DQ’d Feb 2022 (priority date Mar 2021), any idea when we can expect an interview?
BinChin on 2022-11-27 said:
Our interview is on 19th January 2023. Seems like they are covering the skipped January and February 2022 DQed cases, in that case you too should be getting the IL soon, may be for Feb 2023.
Jay2022 on 2022-11-29 said:
Thanks! Fingers crossed.
Guri Virk on 2023-01-09 said:
Wait I’m kinda confused
So when did you get your NVC approved or got DQ form NVC? And how long you had to wait after your DQ form NVC?
BinChin on 2023-01-09 said:
NVC Complete/DQ January 5th 2022. Still waiting :) Interview is 19th.
Guri Virk on 2023-01-24 said:
I see you have pass your interview and I just wanted to know. Was the interview easy and how long was interview?
BinChin on 2023-01-24 said:
Have posted a detailed review. Pls refer.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
