I called NVC and they provided the case number and dates. I think it usually takes 2-4 weeks so I thought 3 weeks to arrive was pretty good!

Thanks for the reply, by the way. I tried calling them and just get an automated message that all agents are busy in English and Spanish and it just disconnects the call after 4 minutes every time. Maybe they are not working this week... lol

Hello! I tracked the shipment via DHL. Shipper's reference EXP 09 JUL 2019A and destination Canada. They were delivered yesterday around 3:30pm ET!

Picked it up at the post office I selected online when I booked my consulate appointment time. I was emailed a tracking number after the visa was issued!
