Comments : In early Feb 2020 Found out RFE had been requested on 12/31/2019 but never sent. Status update that RFE was mailed 02/12/2020 but never received; called USCIS 02/27/2020 and had it emailed to me.

RFE was for one missing passport-style photo of petitioner (this was included in original petition but clearly lost by USCIS). RFE mailed back to TSC 02/27/2020

---

Was initially refused after interview with a 221g for the petitioner's 2019 w-2, even though this was uploaded and accepted in CEAC in June. We reuploaded this and send an email to the email address on top of the 221g form with the w-2 attached on the 5th. on the October 6 we got an email saying the w-2 was received and CEAC status changes to "Administrative Processing". on October 8 CEAC status changed to "issued"

Thank you! Nothing yet-- I see some DCF interviews scheduled and it looks like some other European countries are scheduling now. Hoping the backlog isn't crazy....

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
