Comments : NVC received and left date I put the same as although the email and attachment are dated 23rd December 2019, we don't actually know if they sent it to the London embassy BEFORE sending out that email or not.

COVID Update: Prevented from going to the US due to travel restrictions and late announcement from the embassy stating K1s weren't affected (from the first ban).

Update 2021: London embassy focusing on plaintiffs and as I'm a non-plaintiff, my visa reissuance wont be sorted out until they 'resume' k1s

It's still early days but gosh do we feel every day! I'm sure everyone doing this does too. It sucks! Leaving to go back to the UK today and feeling awful. Cannot wait until the day I don't need to say goodbye again.

Had my Medical done on the 9th January. Was all straight forward. Arrived and completed some forms and a urine sample. Went back to the waiting room and was seen for my chest xray, brief eyesight check, height and weight check. Back to the waiting room. Was then called for vaccinations and blood test. I needed 2 vaccinations so had them done there as I didn't want to wait. Back to wait for next part which was thr medical history and general physical (eye, throat and ears and abdomen check). Then back to waiting area before being called to reception to pay. Was there about 1hour 30 mins. Not too bad at all. There will be a slight delay with my medical going to the embassy as I hadn't applied for my ACRO. I applied the day after my medical and as soon as I get it, I've got to email it to the Medical who can then send it all over to the embassay. NOTE: So it's ok to go to medical without a police report (I rang up beforehand and they confirmed this. But ring just incase. Better yet, apply for it way before your medical. I didn't because I misunderstood what it was and never applied until after.) also note you don't need the embassy confirmation letter for the medical. I still haven't received mine abd apparently they don't always send one. What you do need is a letter or email by them that states your case number. But please call beforehand as this could change).

I see we have pretty much the same timeline. Fingers crossed things start moving forward.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
