You may very well be able to escape the ban! My understanding as long as the issue date us before February 22nd you are good. Make sure and be very prepared for interview that way they have no reason to ask for you to submit documents you dont have. They seem to be approving everyone quickly and issuing visaa quickly if you have all documents present(marriage license, police certificates, attestation of birth ect ect) prayers for you guys! I believe God can do it!
