Comments : The interview was short and to the point. This is info my husband gave to me. These were the questions:
1. Who petitioned for you?
2. How many times has she been to Nigeria?
3. Did she come to Nigeria to marry?
4. Have you ever been married? Do you have children?
H
5. Has she ever been married? Does she have children? How old?
6. How does her daughter feel about the marriage since you are close in age?
7. Do you have family in US?
8. Do you have any other ID than passport?

My hubby gave his National ID Card (the new & official one which looks like a credit card). The CO said he had never seen one like it. He showed it to all his colleagues and they seemed to be impressed because it was very official. Mind you, we went to get mine back in July 2019 and each received a paper copy ( which we laminated). Last month, my hubby’s official card came to him in the mail...nothing but God. He was handed the paper with the waiver box checked off. The CO collected his passport and he was told to wait up to three weeks to hear back....see below :)

All Praises to God!!!
My husband attended his interview on 3/4/20 and was given a form that he was being considered for a waiver due to the travel ban. The CO told him to wait up to three weeks for a response. We received notice today 3/6 that the Visa was ISSUED and printed! So happy and relieved! Can’t wait to see my hubby and kiss his face!

All praises to God! He traveled out on 3/20 and it was a miracle! He was able to board the very last flight leaving Lagos before the borders were closed. I changed his flight 3 times and he had to rush to the airport to board the plane as he was expected to leave one day later. We are together here in the U. S. and very happy and grateful to our Lord Jesus Christ!

As time always tells….this so-called “marriage” was a complete FRAUD. Talk about bait-n-switch.,,and a complete Narcissist….beware of these Nigerians! They are smooth talkers and have a plan that you may never know until they have gotten that GREEN CARD. That’s why Nigeria has a bad name…too many lying, scheming, manipulating, gas-lighting, hustlers that only want to escape that hellish country. God is not sleep, and HE Sees & Knows all. He will judge. Beware! Beware! Beware!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
