NM2001 on 2020-08-27 said:I did schedule it but they ended up canceling it after we arrived in ISL for the medical, the Medical center couldn’t confirm appt with embassy and said that we have to wait for an email from the Embassy. After a few weeks they sent the letter by email. So ignore everything in the CGI site regarding scheduling a date. Just enter your profile information and go through the steps for appointment to add the pickup location and then wait, last page will prob say no appointments available, just disregard that page and exit the system. It will not update until your case is approved and the visa is issued, once it’s issued in CEAC then it will let you track the passport on CGI. Hope that helps. Good luck!

NM2001 on 2020-11-15 said:I’m not sure why they said that, you have an email saying it was approved, so keep checking ceac to see the status. Maybe try to call nvc again and ask them to explain.
