Comments : First RFE - I called on an unrelated matter (possible address change during vacation) on 1/11 during which the rep advised of an RFE being mailed out on 1/10. *case file was not updated on the site*. It turns out they mailed it to a different applicant in Denver who was kind enough to mail it to me. Finally received 1/28

1/28 - RFE is for better documentation that we have met in the last two years - I had photos and stories but the case worker said the photos do not prove *when* they were taken. Sending a copy of our flight confirmation together from Moscow to Anapa (both names on the confirmation) as per example in the request. Also sending iteneraries/boarding passes/etc for several trips to Russia to establish I really was there; case worker had trouble reading the entry/departure stamps on my visas page.
Processing
Estimates/Stats :
Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 7, 2019 and January 11, 2019* (RFEs at the California Service Center typically add an extra 27 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
