I-129F Expedite Request sent on 2019-02-08. Expedite Request APPROVED on 2019-02-20.
Everything went smooth until we got stuck at Medical Phase due to her TB test results. Fortunately, my Fiancee' passed Sputum test after 8 weeks, and had her Final Visa Interview on July 29, 2019.
She had everything she needed for visa interview, but her consular did not even look at any of her paperwork. The consular asked her simple questions such as how we met, where we are planning to live in the U.S., my recent address, etc., and approved her right away. |

Timeline Comments: 2How did you manage to get an I129-F approved in just 35 days?!
@Mike E. Sorry for the late reply. I was getting deployed back in May and called up the USCIS for expedited processing in February, so that I could help my fiancee' on her next steps before my deployment. I sent the necessary documents and they approved our petition in 28 days!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
