He will have to ship his passport back to the embassy since it is his only document to travel home on Embassy received passport 9/10/2020, CEAC status changed to issued same day; passport received back in the mail with visa inside on 9/15/2020 Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 217 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 558 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
