Comments : The Interview went well with my wife. The officer interview my wife(applicant) first, she ask the passport of my wife and my ID, I gave the officer my state ID and US passport then, the officer ask personal information to my wife. Mostly whatever you see on your AOS form application. From her name, b-date, till the last page of that AOS form, like name of the parents, place of birth, current address. etc. So just study the AOS form that you submitted. Then the officer ask both of us, how we met, what year, and then ask us our Marriage Cert, our joint records, like bank statements that has our names on it, least of our house, I provided also life insurance and my beneficiary is my wife. Also she ask the date or our marriage, what place we went on our honeymoon. Then pictures, we have lots of pictures like 80 but the officer took only 12. My pay stubs and employment letter wasn't ask though. But the officer saw the direct deposit from the company I work with on our join bank statement. That might be the reason she didn't ask about the pay stubs and employment letter. Then the officer ask us to wait 10 mins for the decision. Then 10 mins later my wife got approved! It was easy, ask long us you prep everything.

Hi, are you still waiting your NOA2?
Jedi JayR on 2019-01-30 said:
Yes, I tried calling but it's automated. I don't know how to get to speak with an agent regarding i-129f inquiry.

Hi, we had our NOA1 on July 27th and we got a hold of a tier 2 agent today to check on our NOA2 status. We were told there’s no RFE and we should hear something within 2 weeks. If you haven’t gotten a hold of a live agent yet, try this: 1 status of case 2 do not know case number 2 cannot locate case number to speak to agent I hope it helps and I hope you hear something soon.

Thanks Kai. Yeah I have few inquiries on the website too. Like outside processing time. I even tried inquiring that I didn't receive the approval notice, just to have an entry there that they could touch my file. I also called a tier 2 agent, and told me to wait, they can't really do anything even give us information on what the adjudicator is doing. My inquiry for the Outside processing time will hit 30 days on the 14th. The Tier 2 agent said I have to call them if I haven't got any NOA2 after that date. I wrote our congressman too for help. It's really stressful and frustrating.

Hi! Hope all is well. We’re now on our 241st day waiting for NOA2. We sent a case inquiry on Thursday and the agent today said that they sent something in the mail on Saturday about the case agent still reviewing the account and should be adjudicating within 45 days. Just wondering if you received something like it as well?
Jedi JayR on 2019-03-27 said:
Most of the letters I got is thru email. Because I keep sending them inquiry by using some other tools. I even inquire that I didn't receive a notice of approval even I'm still waiting for NOA2 just for them to check my file. It sucks. I know we keep hearing be patient, and it's really hard specially for us experiencing this long wait. But it's the only thing we can do for now is to be patient. :) It will be approved soon.

I guess I wanted to know if that letter is a sign that we will finally get approved soon. Anything to keep us from getting demotivated, I guess. Thanks so much. Hope you get your case number the soonest! 🙂

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
