I was initially refused because my medical results weren’t received by the consulate at the time of my interview, however they received my results that afternoon after I left so I was accepted that same day. |

Crossed at pennies/ Emerson land crossing between Manitoba and North Dakota. Had a super easy time crossing, felt really similar to a normal land border crossing for a weekend trip. I did get pulled into the office for only about 30 mins. I moved most of my stuff with upack but had a few things in the back of my car that they asked to see (just asked me to roll down my back window). They also didn’t ask about my car but it is a newer 2018 civic so I assume they knew it met all environmental regulations |

Initially received an interview date of February 26th but I missed it due to never receiving the letter in the mail. Called to reschedule on March 1st and was given new date of April 19th. At the interview I was conditionally accepted because I did not have sufficient evidence, but I uploaded more documents (financial, mortgage, photos, etc) to the USCIS website and was officially approved the following business day. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
