hello! Thank you for detailed information!!!
I'm sorry you couldn't finish everything at the interview, but I hope you'll get through this very soon!
And I have a question.. you said they asked for IRS tax transcripts. did you bring 1040s and W2s and they asked for IRS tanscripts instead? or You can bring either IRS transcripts or 1040s?

Hello :)
Did u send them a regular copy of the divorce decree or a certified copy from the court?
Kami&Toddy on 2019-04-12 said:
Hello:) yes this was a very important moment😬. They asked me certified copy of the judgement of divorce of my fiancé ( or divorce decree) obtained from the courthouse. My fiancé called to the courthouse ordered it, payed nearly $8 for this copy and next day went there and obtained it and send me by fedex. Only after this when I physically brought it them, they approved my visa. Good luck you💪😀

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
