Embassy Review : Interview was really easy, I arrived at 5 am to the embassy and there was already plenty of people waiting in line, I was scheduled for 7:00 am, around 6:50 they staring let us get in and go through security and then to a window to deposit the required documents they didnt ask me for the affidavit of support seems this embassy doesn't require it, after dropping the documents I was told to go and sit next to a window and wait for the CO to call me, I didnt wait for a long time just like 10 minutes, after he called me the interview didnt event last 5 minutes he just asked me how did we meet, what do I do for a living where I'm going to be living after I gave him the name of the city he asked if that's near Washington I confirmed and he asked again where do I work and then approved me.
Rating : Very Good

Embassy Review : My interview was scheduled for 10:45 and we arrived 15 minutes earlier, I when through security really quick and then was told to go to the reception a they asked me for my appointment letter then asked me to go and wait near the door #1 I had to wait for about two and a half hours for our interview, the lady who was interviewing us just asked me the exact same questions in the I-485 form to confirm everything was right and then asked me for the marriage certificate since they lost the want I sent, father that she asked how we met and if I had anything to prove bonafide marriage and took everything I brought to the interview (joint bank statements, cellphone Bills, utilities Bills, joint appartement lease, pictures, and employment verification letters confirming we work together). After that she said everything looks fine and if she needs anything else she will send us a letter, and that it takes about two weeks to make a decision, but for her everything looks good, it all lasted about 10-15 minutes.
Harassment Level : Moderate

Hey, I was wondering how did you get an interview? We have been watching the website to see if they have added any more dates for interviews, but I haven't seen any indication that they have. Did you have to call or do anything extra to get your interview?

Hello and congratulations!! We are waiting for our NOA2 which could happen anytime in the next few weeks. Everything I have read said that the embassy will schedule our appointment for us, but I see that you scheduled your own appointment? I am just looking for the most current information. Do I schedule our appt once we have received our NOA2?

If you are applying for a K1 visa, them you schedule your own appointment but you needed to wait until you are on the nvc stage to be able to do that

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
