Refused under section 221(G) - Section 212(a)(2) (a)(1) Crime Involving Moral Turpitude
Eligible to apply for a waiver of the ground(s) of ineligibility.
We have since through a lawyer processed I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility and its priority date is 2018-08-06 sent to Nebraska facility.
We are now in the waiting process. USCIS website processing times below in correlation to the day that I check.

Me: Yes I am looking for a possible update as I have filed I-601 with USCIS receive date August 06, 2018 and I am not able to see processing time online for I-601 and it has been more than 6 months since USICS receiving file.
Agent: It appears that your case is still in process, no updates have been made at this time on your case.
