Embassy Review : I had my interview May 16th 2019. It went great and I got my visa approved so now I’m just waiting for my passport delivery.
I was super nervous but interview was actually kinda easy. Usually when I was reading reviews about Ukrainian embassy K-1 holders were saying that CO asked then basically 3 or 4 questions. It was more for me:
1. He asked me about my English, where I studied it.
2. Where we’ve met with my fiancé? When?
3. When was the first meeting? How much time he spent with me on that first meeting?
4. How we usually communicate?
5. Did we travel abroad together? Where?
6. How many meeting we had by now?
7. What he does for living?
8. Was he sending me monthly money support? When I said No and explained that I didn’t really need it because I was working he asked me another question.
9. What I did for living? Where?
10. Do I have relatives in USA?
11. When he proposed to me?
I think that’s it but I could forget something. It looks like a lot of questions but it didn’t feel like it on interview at all. CO was very friendly and I felt like we were just talking.
So who is still waiting for the interview – don’t panic! It was easy. If your relationships are real and you are not hiding anything you should not have any problems.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
