Hi there, we have about the same timeline but have heard nothing back from USCIS regarding EAD/AP and getting worried. Yesterday I called the helpline but the agent was not much of use and said we just had to wait. Did you guys do anything extra that could help us out? Thanks in advance.....Victor & Helen

Good day Victor & Helen, I did not do anything extra and waited patiently. It all depends on a multiple factors when it comes to immigration. It can be the office, the agent, the Holidays, something missing. Did you receive an RFE or RFIE at one point?

Hi, thanks for replying, no...no RFE or RFIE, she did the biometrics on Aug 17th and since then it's all been quiet.

Which office is it?
blank avatar Victor & Helen on 2018-11-30 said:
It's the MSC or NBC, no local office shows up on the 767s besides Lee's Summit, MO....I'm assuming it's Houston because we live in Houston????

I meant, where did you mail it? Are you also on Trackitt? You can also compare your case on this site with your information and see all cases similar to you. There are a lot more people feeding Trackitt than here I thought.

It was may lawyer that mailed it and she's useless....I have to check Trackitt....thanks

I'm am so sorry I can't help you more. I understand your frustration! Hang in there, it will come! See you on Trackitt!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
