Hey! We got it because they wanted Tax Return Statement from the most recent year. I thought I included everything, but I guess it wasn't enough. I'm planning on asking my joint sponsor for his IRS Tax statement.

I got my notification on the 14th of October, and got the actual letter on the 22nd. So you should get it soon. I'm sure it's probably something like Birth certificate or something. You might be able to just send the same thing. :) (btw, I still haven't gotten my biometrics appointment letter xD But it's probably because of the RFE I assume)

So they are asking for birth certificate which I already submitted, and affidavit of support, basically they are saying the income did not meet 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline... which makes no sense, my income is even for family 5 or 6 so what should I really do? Should resend them the same information 🤔🤔🤔 I'm so confused

Yeah. I've heard it's pretty common for them to ask for birth certificate. You can probably send them the same things along with the letter saying that the documents you are sending are the birth certificate.
Hmm I'm not sure about the federal poverty guideline though, you might need to do some research on that. I think I've read that somewhere that you might need to fill out the I-864 again. But don't trust me on this. I'm sure there are people who were in similar situation.

Any update after submitting your rfe?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
