Waited over 3 hrs for my husband and I to be called in. Most of the questions were directed to my husband (us citizen). Questions about how we met, when did the idea of marriage was proposed, parents name and jobs, name of siblings where were we born, where does my husband work, the name of the cross street and buses that are close to us, questions regarding our baby. Did not get an approval on the spot, case was updated that it must be reviewed, then 9 business days later it was updated to card being produced and the following day it said that the case was approved. I'm happy it took this long to be scheduled for an interview because we don't have to remove conditions. |

Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between October 3, 2019 and October 14, 2019*.
If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
