Entire I-485 package was returned to us on 3-07-2008, because we did not file separate documentation for 8yo daughter. Re-submitted entire package on 3-14-2008.
Biometrics in Dover Delaware. Office is not easy to find. It is in the Blue Hen Mall and is a rather non-descript office. |

Embassy Review : |
We arrived for the interview at 8am and they started letting people in at 820am. The process lasted until early afternoon. There were 2 women at windows conducting the interviews. The interview lasted about 10 minutes in Russian/English and the questions were: Do you know about your fiances prior marriage? About his criminal record? Does he have any children? How does he get along with your daughter? How we met? How much time we have spent together? They did not ask my fiancees daughter any questions. And the interviewer was impressed that I was waiting outside the Embassy in the rain while the interview was being conducted. Only take what is absolutely necessary because if you have any liquids or electronic devices you will be delayed. My fiancee was the last one (#11) to be interviewed because she had perfume and a cell phone. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
