Comments : I accompanied my fiancee on the trip to the US. I went on the visa holders line with her and there was no issue with that. The CBP officer asked how long we knew each other. I told him for over 1 year and a half. He asked if my fiancee spoke English, and I replied "no". He admitted her to the US and reminded us to get married before April 12th. No further questions asked. Took less than 10 minutes.

How was your interview in philadelphia please share

I went in about 20 min before my interview. I waited about 15 minutes inside before my name was called. The USCIS officer was very friendly and was asking me general questions about home life and what I do while we walked back to the office. Then we proceeded with taking an oath, we reviewed some of the paperwork. Then came the test. The officer was very helpful when I didn't understand a question and would re-phrase it to make it easier for me. I got 6 out of 6 right, so he did not ask me any more questions. Then the reading a and writing portion. It was just one question. After I completed those, he congratulated me and game me a paper stating I had passed the exams. I was told it could take a bit longer for my case to process since I was still under the adjustment of status phase. Thankfully today, I received my Oath Ceremony date!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
