Comments : Had the interview today and it was pretty simple. It was a combo with my I-751. Had my wife with me and they had her sit behind me for the N-400 questions etc. They asked 1) Who did we fight in WWII? 2) How many people in the Supreme Court? 3) Name an American Indian Tribe? 4) Eisenhower was a general in which war? 5) Where is the capital of the USA? 6) Name a branch of the government?
Pretty simple questions. Cheers!!!

Embassy Review : Just left Montreal on the train back to Toronto. It was a pretty seamless experience. I showed up at 7:05 this morning for my 7:30 interview time and was number 5 in line. Oh did I mention it was freezing outside waiting. The door opened at 7:30 and the let one person in at a time and I was probably in by 7:35. They handed me the list of docs they wanted and in which order. Once you get thru the scanner and security you do downstairs and we were allowed to organize our docs. We were only there for a few minutes and we got herded onto the elevator up to the 19th floor where we were further instructed to get our stuff in order. One at a time were called in order to one of 3 different windows where they asked for our docs and I was asked a few questions about my fiancé like what her name was and her address and phone number and what her relationship was to me. Then they scanned my fingerprints and I sat down. Then around 8:20or so they started calling people up to a different window for their interviews. The person with number one was out of there before 8:30. I was called up around 8:50 and took an oath to tell the truth and she hardly asked me anything. How did we meet? How many kids does she have? Was I ever in the US for more than 6 months at a time. In the last 5 years have I travelled outside of Canada, USA or Europe? Have I ever been married before? Then she handed me the “pink sheet” with welcome to the USA and another sheet on how to track your passport. I was out of there by 9am. I think by that time they were up into the 30’s for the numbers they were handing out. And now we await the mailman! My tip would be to book the 7:30am time and get inthere and out of there as fast as you can

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
