Port of Entry : San Francisco
POE Date : 2019-07-14
Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : It went pretty smooth except the time when their server was down and I had to wait in queue for 1 hour or so. Till it was my turn I was escorted to a private room where they asked me to wait. They called my name and was told that I only have 90 days to get married. I got out and see my fiancé on the gate. Best day ever! The long flight from Indonesia was paid off to see his smiling face.

Was June 27 the earliest appointment available? We are waiting for NVC to send our file to Jakarta and were hoping that it wouldn't take long to get an interview, but it seems like it's taking more than a month.

@ Fathonis84 Yes, unfortunately that was the earliest interview dates available at the time. I was able to schedule ours for 6/26, that was done on 5/12 o: the embassy is back logged at the moment. You can try writing to the embassy before the P3 email comes in to get something booked in July! good luck :)

@Fathonis84 Sad but it's true. No earlier appointment available. Especially with the Ied Holiday that takes 1 week long from 3 - 9 June. Good luck.. it's all be worth it 😄

Hi have you received AoS status approval yet?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
