When we first applied DCF was down for the moment and you could only apply at USCIS centers abroad so I sent mine into Vienna for fear of an overload and a long processing time. Got my approval from Vienna in a week but then I found out that once the CR1 visa is approved you must enter the US within 6 months so since we didnt plan to enter until January we waited until July for our interview date. As long as you call 2 weeks in advance you can get most any date you want. Processing Estimates/Stats : Enter your I-130 NOA1 time in your timeline to get an estimated approval (NOA2) date!
