Event Description

Embassy Review : My interview was Feb 4th at 9.30am

It really was the easier & quickest part of the entire process.
I arrived at the embassy at 9.05am and they let me straight through to the first floor after putting a sticker on my DS form & passing security.

When I got to the section of immigrant visas my number was already on the screen so I walked up to a polish gentlemen (he told me he was from polsand as we were speaking) he asked for marriage license, birth cert & police certificates, 1 photo & passport.
Asked me 2or3 very simple questions and told me to take a seat & wait for 2nd window.
Didn’t even wait 5min and walked up to a American lady asking me:
- what’s your petitioners name?
- where did you meet?
- when did you last see him?
- where is he now?
- have you been married before?
- ever been arrested?
It took like 5min and I was sent off with a blue slip as medical didn’t arrive yet & was asked to upload one more document to ceac.

Was in & out the embassy in less then 30min and I got my visa status changed from ‘AP’ to ‘Issued’ today, saying it’s been printed and will be mailed to me.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
