Embassy Review : |
My appointment was at 11 am.
1st window : French lady asked me: 2 pictures, my birth certificate, police report, medical envelop sealed, my judgment of divorce and his judgment of divorce (but she saw that they already had it).
She asked me few questions about my background.
Then, she told me to wait until they call my name for the interview.
Less than 5 mn later, they called me and asked me some questions:
How and where we met? Our last trip together? My previous trips in us? Questions about my other citizenship? Kids or not for both of us? Previous marriage for both of us? ( it took about 15/20 mn)
Made the oath and he told me that we are approved.
Receiving the visa within 2 weeks
Around 45 mn I spent in total at the embassy.
My fiance was able to enter with me inside but they didn't allow him to stay for the interview. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
