Congressman involved October 1 to follow up, said Case is under reviewed.
October 11th, Called Customer service L2 officer, put on service request to check status but they did it as a expedite request, received email request to fax evidence (again?) on October 15th.
Asked Congressman office to submit evidence to USCIS. They did on Oct 17, and case updated to be routed to expedite, etc.
Oct 20th, Card in production.
