Congratulations, can you share your process that day and all that it included for us with upcoming interviews.....

Honestly it is pretty much similar to all that have been shared here. My appointment was at 8:30am but I got there much earlier because I left home early enough to avoid traffic, just around 7:00am a gentleman came announcing that anyone who had an appointment regardless of the time should assembly at the entrance so I went along with my documents and joined a queue outside where a lady seated by a laptop requested for the appointment confirmation and after which she handed it back to us. Remember to write your case number on top of your appointment confirmation before your enter the embassy. I then went through security checks and then finally got inside . Another lady at a desk located at the entrance of the main hall then took my appointment confirmation with case number written on top of it and then ask that I go and sit down and This was around 7:20am thereabout. At about 7:36am they started calling us by name one after the other to the counters ( 9,10 and 11) , and this was not according to the order in which we sat , it was random and I observed that they called the ladies first before getting down to the gentlemen. At the counter I was asked to submit my documents in the order as contained in the packet 3 before which my finger prints where taken. After this point I was asked to go sit down and wait till I heard my name called to counter 4 for my interview at around 8:00am. I was interviewed by young white lady who was so nice , she asked me how I was doing that morning and then asked me to lift my right hand for the oath. I was asked the following questions which I think where perculier to our case : 1. When did you meet ? 2. What was she in Ghana for ? 3. Are you still a medical student or doctor? 4. So you Are both doctors ? 5. So it means you will have to go through the US licensing process all over again ? 6. Have you travelled recently and where did you go ? 8. How Did you like the 🇯🇲 After which she said am approving your visa and that I should pick it up at DHL head office in a couple of weeks. I said thank you and stepped out . I honestly don’t think I spend more than 5mins at the interview. Our evidence included some colored pics of us and some family and friends which I printed on A4 sheets , I couldn’t do a photoalbum as has been suggested by others plus some hotel receipts and WhatsApp chat. Having gone through this process I agree very much with the thought that ,your visa is very much decided on before you show up at the interview and it depends largely on your USCIS application. So if you provided some information in your early application which you feel might spark some controversy and scrutiny do well to get good defense and answers before you show up there and again if you have a genuine relationship you don’t need to worry about anything just show up and you will be fine. Take time to go through you chats if you are submitting it as evidence and take out anything that you don’t want them to see or could potentially be interpreted otherwise. Finally make sure you get your financial support documents from your fiancé/ fiancée and if possible add a letter from their employers as well as tax returns. Wish you all the very best .

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
