Hello, congrats on your approval. Our approvals are few days apart. Have you been able to update your email on NVC website? It says on my end 'Invalid Birthday' so I wanted to know if you're experiencing same issue.

Hi Vicki. What website did you try to update your email? I have not done any update yet.....planning to call after 2 weeks.
Mira T on 2019-04-08 said:
You don’t have to update anything if you’re a k1 beneficiary. Just call NVC and get your case number/invoice I d and you can start filling out your ds160 and scheduling your interview.

Can I schedule the interview without a case number? I want to get an interview date as soon as I can

Good afternoon bro, pls I have a quick question. I saw 2 forms at travel.state.gov website and dont know if K1 visa applicants are supposed to fill them. They are DS-156 and DS-156k.

@Charlyadams I am a K1 applicant, I filled out DS160. Never heard of 156 or 156k
blank avatar Rayson on 2019-05-07 said:
@Charlyadams You should only fill the DS160. Don't know what the others are for.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
