Np. I got an expedite on my case. I will pay my AOS fees at the Embassy. I have to complete the DS-260 online and bring all my IV and AOS documents to the Embassy.
blank avatar Candy55 on 2019-02-28 said:
How did you get it expedited. Please. Maybe I can try that.. I still can't login 🤔🤔😞😞
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-02-28 said:
I can’t login either. The expedite didn’t help that unfortunately....Lol I am in contact with my Embassy, so they can fix the issue. I had a medical reason for my expedite and provided a doctors note.
blank avatar Candy55 on 2019-02-28 said:
Ohh okay.
blank avatar Marie85 on 2019-02-28 said:
Oh thank you. How long after you requested the expedite via email, did they respond?

Thank you. Everything went well. They are just waiting on my husbands medical. It’s best to go with your husbands if you can especially if your case is complicated, because they have the people a hard time that didn’t have their mates with them.
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-03-09 said:
If you haven’t made frequent trips, it’s best to go too. They were big on the amount of time you’ve seen your spouse.
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-03-09 said:
They also asked did I get married in a church and how many people attended the wedding? The CO mind is made up before they interview you on whether they will issue the visa or not, only people with complicated cases have to clarify situations in order for the CO to make a decision.
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-03-09 said:
She asked when did we officially start dating. I didn’t realize how many questions she really asked....Lol She asked some, then was typing left and came back, then asked more. I was asked so many questions because of a 13 year age difference my husband and I have. If your situation doesn’t raise red flags they won’t ask much questions.
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-03-09 said:
She asked how long we’ve been married
blank avatar TTRT on 2019-03-09 said:
did they ask you for relationship proof other than the photos
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-03-09 said:
No, only the photos.
blank avatar SM&RM on 2019-03-09 said:
They asked other people to show more proof of relationship and to come back with their wives.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
