SM&RM on 2019-02-28 said:I can’t login either. The expedite didn’t help that unfortunately....Lol I am in contact with my Embassy, so they can fix the issue. I had a medical reason for my expedite and provided a doctors note.

The CO mind is made up before they interview you on whether they will issue the visa or not, only people with complicated cases have to clarify situations in order for the CO to make a decision.
