Visa CR/2 (for 16 y/o child) was approved on the day of interview on 10/21/08. Passport with visa recieved in 5 days. My husband finally recieved Visa on April 19,2012 after a long AP. He was banned for 10 yrs after being deported. He submited 601 and 212 waivers in 2010. Both got approved.In 2011 one month after interview Embassy asked for proof of relationship : DNA test. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 395 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 433 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
