Event Description
Review Date : June 10, 2019
Embassy Review : Our interview was at 1:15pm. We arrived at 1pm but couldn’t check-in until around 1:10 because we had a large group in front of us and there was only one check-in desk open. After we checked-in, we ended up having to wait around 45 minutes. While we were waiting we observed some other couples that also had their interviews and some were being split so we assumed we would be too. Our officer was very friendly and we weren’t separated. He went over all the yes/no questions from the I-485 and then asked us some general questions about our relationship and then asked for our proof. We gave him our car registration, insurance information, bank details and we had a bunch of pictures. He asked us to pick 1 and he didn’t take our bank statements. Then he recommended my husbands case for approval. Besides the waiting, it was a nice experience.
Harassment Level : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
