Embassy Review : |
Interviewer was a nice woman. She asked my fiance much about his former marriage and some general questions about me and my children and our time we spent together in Morocco. Interview was long he said...about 20 minutes or so. After he gave her the packet I had put together for the interview (Sponsor Forms, proof of on-going relationship, etc....)she was satisfied with the validity of our relationship. She gave him a rather confusing letter which almost sounded like a denial... stating that his case was being sent to Washington for further administrative processing. This scared me a little....because the beginning of the form almost sounds like a denail....but LHAMDU'LLAH 12 DAYS AFTER HIS INTERVIEW CONSULATE CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM TO BRING IN PASSPORT .......NEXT DAY ....VISA IN HAND !!!! LHAMDU'LLAH !!! |

The interviewer was a nice man.... he asked us the basic questions about our life together... He spoke briefly to us both...inofrmed us that the interview would be taped, then he spoke each of us separately. He questioned my husband first (less than 10 min). After he was satisfied with my answers and the proof I presented him, he told me he was granting Rachid a conditional GC- effective that day. I didn't feel intimidated or nervous during the interview because the interviewer was down to earth and personable. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
