We showed up late because our car died on the skyway bridge!! So we were an hour late, told them the situation, were interviewed separately, but noticed some couples being interviewed together...there were some interviewers that were cool, but we got a very hard one, asked about my cosponsor and about his job, how he knows my family, asked about how Romani and I met, asked about what he does, what I do, specific dates about marriage and months we met. I tried to stay as calm as I could, told the truth, in the end he was approved woohoooo!!! |

I will paste part of my husband's email to give you an idea. I am not entirely sure about the attitude of the officer or courtesy issues. My rating will pend until I can update this review
i just got back i was in the embassy from 7-10:30 until i finished, i had the interview with the consular she asked me about how i met u and the times you came here and dates and about if u met my family and if i met urs ,if u were originaly egyptian and about the reason u came to egypt at first and i told her because u had a summer program in the AUC , in the end she said that everything looks good so she took my passport and said that it would take a month to send it back to me , she spoke to me in english after she asked me if i could speak english |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
