Anything yet?

Nope :( hoping within the next few weeks

Ugh I know us to. When do you think our interview will be

I will update as soon as I hear anything!! At this point I’m not expecting an interview until at least end of October or November :/ I believe it’s another 5 months total after this step.

Seriously!!? My lawyer is hopeful for end of summer

Do you guys have a lawyer!? And thank you so much

We don’t have a lawyer. The original hope was end of summer but with this step taking so long, I don’t see it happening that fast. I know it’s around 3 weeks for NVC to receive your case. Then another couple weeks to receive the case number. Then you’re able to upload all your documents. Then it’s a few weeks before case complete. Then however long to get an interview and I’ve heard Montreal is slow :/

I’ve heard the same about Montreal! Ugh this process is killing me. Let me know when you hear

It's super painful. I will definitely keep you updated and post as soon as I hear anything.

Thank you! Same here

We are getting there!! Assuming nothing yet?

Did you get your NVC by email or postal? We are 6/26 NOA2 also and haven't seen anything yet.

I called them today! They confirmed over the phone that it was received on July 19th. (it was sent from the Nebraska center on July 17th)

Sounds good. Thank you! And congrats!

hi both of us case goes in dq same day lets keep our fingers cross

Good heavens... 8/19/19 done with the NVC and not interviewed until 1/31/20. I thought the nightmare was done when we left Nebraska USCIS, I guess not...haha
Congrats and good luck on your interview!

Congratulations on your visa!

Thank you! So happy this long process is finally DONE!

Congratulations! You give us hope!

Congratulations you guys! ^_^
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
