Appointment went well, but there was some issue with the birth certificate for my daughter. We sent some additional information and a few weeks later (without any indication of if the additional information was sufficient) we received the visa from 2Go. |

We had an appointment in Dec 2020 that was cancelled for snow, and one year later we finally got rescheduled. Interviewer only asked one question about how we met, asked all of the questions from i485 about criminality and then approved the application. Truly shocked that we received the green card in the mail later that week. Oh yeah, and it's a 10 yr card since we had to wait two years to finally get this appointment. |

Interviewer was stern at first but my 5 year old daughter broke the tension a bit when she mentioned she was late for her school Christmas party (it was an 8 am appointment). She didn't want any extra evidence that they already had copies of, and asked me to remove all of my meticulous post it flags. She seemed to only look at our apartment lease and after going through the questions about criminality that are on the i485 she asked how we met and then approved us. USCIS website already says the card is being issued. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
